Operating Principle:
After receiving the taking-out signal from the driver the lifter shall run automatically and opens the door when reaching the desirable level. The vehicle shall be loaded onto the lifter and the operator shuts off the door. Then the lifter automatically reaches the selected level (up or down) and opens the door. |
Features:
1. Safety and reliability
The hydraulic vehicle lift is extremely reliable and safe. Even in case of power failure, you could manually lower the lifter through operating the down button in the lift cage or valves on the pump station.
2. No top machine room is required
The machine room could be located at any place within the building. Only 4-5m2 is required. Even some abandoned areas could be utilized, which is important for some special structure buildings.
3. Accuracy of alignment
Give the uncertainty of load, ordinary lifts could be mis-aligned. This hydraulic lift adopts an automated aligned unit, which could align the desirable level more accurately.
4. Lower noises
The hydraulic pump station is integrally constructed since the pump, motor and control valves of the hydraulic systems are all located in the hydraulic oil case, which greatly reduce the operation noises for under-oil operation mode.
5. Less top-level height
The minimum height of top level is 4.5m for the mechanical lift, while the hydraulic lift only requires 3.8m.
6. No vertical loads for the building
Since there is no top machine room, the vertical load, such as cage and vehicle load is borne by the shaft pit via hydraulic cylinder, which could reduce the costs of the building.
7. Simpler operations
The level could be selected inside the cage and lift gate is automatically controlled when leveling.
